Raveen Kats; Banned?
This page is up mostly to inform those who have violated the following rule how to get unbanned, or why they're been banned.
3. If you are currently running an adoption agency that is going over my copyright, I have the right to not adopt any (more) Kats out to you. After all you are going over my copyright. Copyright infringement will not be tolerated -_-; If you are caught adopting from such an agency you might/will suffer the same fate as the owner, as you're encouraging the infrinement. Your current Kats may also be abandoned. Do note that if you are the one running the agency which is too close for comfort it will result in the immediate blacklisting of you, without warning. A feline adoption agency with markings, abilities /and types - or even without-/ is way too close to just be coincidence. This rule is no joke.
Note I will not e-mail you to inform you of you being banned if you violate this rule. In the past I have had too many immature explosions from the one I've e-mailed, so I wish to avoid that altogether now. It's pretty obvious that if you've banned and you haven't been a hate-mail sender, spammer, or art theif that you've been banned on account of this rule.
First I have to say I'm probably upset with you, especially if you're an adopter. Getting back on my goodside will take hard work, if that's something you want to do. I'm hoping you do, as most people don't want to be known as Agency Thieves. And most people avoid people like that anyway.
If your agency is a feline one where the felines are wildcat sized, with markings, with abilities and perhaps even with types/elements then it's quite easy to say all those are where your problems lie. You've went and rip-offed Raveen Kats, probably only making minor changes to try and fly by with it. Needless to say you've probably been 'caught' and blacklisted. Now perhaps you want to get off the blacklist and put yourself back on safe ground, the only way to do this would be to make completely original changes to your agency. That could take a lot of work on your part, but I'm hoping it's something you're willing to do. An easy change would be to drop the abilities, but from past experiences I know people argue they HAVE to keep the abilities. So then you're stuck with completely changing the creature from feline to something else entirely, or staying permanently blacklisted and forever being labelled an Agency Thief. Whichever you prefer.
Or maybe your agency even goes beyond that with having a struggle between felines /w abilities against demons. Well, gee, that sounds a hell of a lot like Raveen Kats doesn't it? By this time your chances of saving yourself are slim, but still do-able. Simply drop the demon bit and abilties, or completely change the base creature. Again, your choice.
When I ask you to change the base creature I don't mean make it a feline mix, I mean change it completely. Hell go from it being a feline to a canine for all I care, just change it.
And thats all you really need to know, perhaps after you've made changes e-mailing me asking if what you've got is alright. If it is you'll be removed from my blacklist and all happy-dandy. Yep.
