Orcle is the one who created Raveen Kats. She has a history, but you'll have to go over to "Until We're Gone" to learn about it.
Orcle is all white with a tufted two-toned purple tail. She has two different colored eyes as one eye symbolizes her deceased evil side and the other symbolizes her good side.
She is caring and knows the past and some of the future. When Kats come to her she usually gives them amulets, but only after they talk to her for a certain amount of time.
