'The Circle'

The Circle is another name for Council. The Circle is basically made up of every powerful Kat in existence today.
Orcle and Kuunanrah are the leaders of the Circle, with the Kanti and Ganti next in line. After that there is the King, the current King is Vatuuth, but next in line is his son Cuurso. The Kings are the ones who make the decisions of what is best for everyone, they state their case in front of the Kanti, Ganti, Kuunanrah and Orcle.
They then hold a discussion of what is to be done.
During the discussion several Kats are allowed to watch and speak their peace, but an answer is not garaunteed. After a decision is made it is brought forth to whoever is best fit to carry out the job.
In the case where Kats need to be protected or destroyed the Pride of Eternity's Battle is called on. This Pride is made up of mostly Wish Dimensional Kats, with both Leaders being of the Miracle type. Others are allowed to join this pride if they wish to be of help to others, but they will be tested by Mozakuu. If they fail the test, they will never be given a second chance.
